Tony's enterprise led him to success TONY Raynor has never forgotten the help he received from the Blackburn and District Enterprise Trust when he first set up his business Abbey Telecom. Blackpool-born Tony arrived In Blackburn after working for Mercury Communications In London where he was a product manager. He Is still In the same premises at Higher Church Street from where he co-ordinates the sale of Integrated business communication systems to clients who Include Business Post, Ben Shaw Drinks and LancashireÕs Ambulance Service.
