Make or receive a call, once connected on the screen will appear

CONF, PAGE, and MUTE

Press left hand context sensitive key that is under CONF

Make next call by dialling 9 plus no. or the extension no.

Once you have the person you wish to speak to connected press CONF twice until you are all connected together.

You can have up to 5 people in a conference, you just repeat the process.

To leave the conference but leave the other parties to carry on (unsupported conference) Press CONF followed by your own extension no. This has to be the extension which started the conference.

NB you must have the correct number of lines to host a conference call. If you only have 1 ISDN 2 then only a 3 person conference can take place. Be aware also that if this is the case then you will be tying up the lines for other users.
