To change the date and time

 

To change the date and time on all the phones you must first enter customer programming; To enter customer system programming, with the handset down.

Then type in 505, you must manually type under the numbers (you can’t move the cursor along) W=1 Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc. e.g. Thursday 6th November 2007 – 10.40am would read:

 

W M M D D Y Y : H H M M
4 1 1 0 6 0 7   1 0 4 0

 

Finally press the TSFR key
